Purchases, Subscriptions & Usage Terms
Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions
Auto-RenewablePayment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in App Store Account Settings.
Lifetime Unlock (Non-Consumable)
One-Time PurchaseThe Lifetime option is a single, non-consumable Mac App Store In-App Purchase billed once with no recurring charges. It provides ongoing access to DuckSnip Pro features across the supported lifecycle of the application.
Restore Purchases & Refunds
StoreKitYou can restore previously completed purchases on any Mac signed in to the same Apple ID using the 'Restore Purchases' button. Because all payments are processed by Apple, refund requests are handled directly by Apple Support (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Warranty & Liability
DisclaimerDuckSnip is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. All processing happens locally on your Mac; you are responsible for maintaining backups of your local files and complying with applicable laws when capturing content.
